2. Pitch Development/Construction (including associated works e.g. New Goals, Dugouts, Ball Stops, Perimeter Fencing) (NOT MAINTENANCE)
3. LED Floodlights
4. Dressing Rooms including Referees Room
5. Disability Access/Facilites at Club Grounds
