At a meeting of CCC Comhairle Laighean the schedule for the 2026 Senior Hurling Championship was approved.
Defending champions Kilkenny will begin their title defence away to Galway in Pearse Stadium. The other two opening round fixtures will see Offaly host Dublin and newly promoted Kildare welcome Wexford to Cedral St Conleths Park.
